With a growing need for talent management and specialised expertise in Malaysia and across the Asia Pacific Region, WMI Global was established to bridge the gap and provide solutions for the talent management. The talent pool today is very dynamic, diverse and unique. We provide services to meet the needs as we are in the "People's Business".

WMI Global is a service provider that has 4 main division namely; Consulting, Events, Training and Executive Coaching. For the Consulting division, we are involved in Project Consulting and Management Consulting. Both are niche areas that has different specialisation. For Project Consulting, we specialize in developing and implementation of LOTO procedures in accordance to OSHA standards. We work with clients to guide, assist and develop LOTO policies and procedures in their organisation. We understand that not 2 organisations or location are identical, thus we customise the procedures according to the needs, machineries, equipment and work conditions.

For the Events division, we act as Events Planner and Organizer for Corporate Events, Workshops and Conferences. We have a team of Certified Trainers that can provide specialised Learning and Development courses for the industry, to build up the skills and knowledge of the talent market.
