Our company was established in March 2010 with the main purpose of dispatching factory workers and quality inspectors to Naito Asia. From April of the same year to the present, we have hired a total of 300 Sabah native Malaysian children We have been dispatching to our parent company factory. I am working with a fixed term employment contract of 1 to 2 years because there are few job opportunities in the local. 

Many local staffing agencies continued employment of Malaysians from Sarawak Sabah province in Sabah, as they switched their business form from dispatching Malaysians to dispatching foreign workers, which is now a rare existence. 

With the connection with local municipalities, labor bureaus, provincial governments, NGOs, etc., we hope to introduce and dispatching workers from Sabah and Sarawak states to Japanese companies other than the parent company, in 2013 I have been promoting activities in Japanese free papers since the latter half.
