1. Attend Breakdown Calls and ensure the documentation is accurately documented 2. Arrange and carry out Preventive Maintenance. Ensure the task is accurately documented. 3. Arrange and supervise vendors for Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown when required. 4. Prepare documentations for spare parts ordering when required 5. Carry out Testing and Commissioning of the equipment when required 6. Conduct customer survey when required 7. Provide information to Customer Service Assistant for purchasing of spare parts and service support from vendor 8. Arrange and provide user training as per contract 9. Notify User on PPM Schedule 10. Follow up on outstanding Breakdown include spare part ETA 11. Prepare Technical Advice and Incident report when required 12. Provide Technical Advice for obsolete items and system categorize under ‘BER’.
