1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Help manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
2. Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and new hire paperwork.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and accurately filed.
3.Employee Relations:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Help manage employee recognition programs.
5.HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation and reports.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Help maintain confidentiality and security of employee data.
The duties of an HR intern include updating employee databases, gathering payroll data, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and assisting with HR-related reports and employee queries.

Administrative Support:

- Maintain and update organizational databases and filing systems.
- Schedule appointment with vendors and customers.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation as requested.
