JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Head IT Quality Assurance to join us at our Bangsar, KL Office. This AVP will thrive as a "Independent Reviewer" in the development and maintenance of new system, project, and business as usual (BAU) requirements. This person will also develop strategies to improve the software development process by ensuring compliance to IT SDLC/Agile Framework.

Job Summary As a QA consultant, you are responsible to perform any required software testing to ensure systems are functioning as per documented requirements. Job Responsibilities: - Perform functional tests (System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Automation Test) - Validate features/functionality of the system as per documented business requirement. - Prepare test scripts and execute test plans based on requirements and technical specifications. - Create test reports that detail testing result. - Record and document test result and compare to expected result. - Log defects throughout the project. - Perform and implement automation test, when the system is ready for regression test. - Support and enhance existing testing framework (test processes) - Ensure customer and functional requirement are met. Qualifications: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related field - A minimum of 0-3 years working experience with relevant work experience for Associate Consultant – Quality Assurance position. - A minimum of 4 years working experience with relevant work experience for Consultant -Quality Assurance position. - Have passion on software testing/software quality assurance. - Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive and patient attitude. - Self-motivated with attention to detail. - Organizes own workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines. - Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to process assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. - Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team development. - Knowledge and adherence to Agile/Scrum work principles will be an added advantage. - Professional certification (eg: ISTQB) will be an added advantage. - Experience in automation testing will be an added advantage. - Experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage. * Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

QC Specialist II About the Role: This role will be responsible to establish and ensure testing of drug substance release and stability testing including testing of intermediates in process control samples and lab operations are accordance with written testing SOP’s and local/international regulations. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain QC Biochemistry lab in full cGMP-compliance. Review and validate product testing results and analysis under cGMP and meet required timelines. Provides technical support to run and validate necessary test methods on lab equipment and resolve day to day lab operations including troubleshooting of lab equipment and processes. Coordinate and implement short to mid-term projects by collaborating with other functions to achieve team goals. Reviewing and Approving method transfer/validation protocols and reports Monitoring and optimization of workflows and methods/procedures, drug substance control, method controls and reference’s and perform trending of on-going in process control data to pursue an on-going quality assurance program Review/Approve all lab related QA/QC documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and clarity and that materials or final products have been manufactured, tested, or inspected according to specification and cGMPs. Recommend and execute improvements to current processes or systems including creating new test procedures to deliver set KPIs. Prepare and participate in health authorities’ inspections and internal audits in respective area. Support and supervise team on day-to-day lab operations as and when required. 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a cGMP environment Hands on experiences in cell-based bioassay, ELISA (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay), PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) cGMP knowledge and understanding of manufacturing, quality control, and validation requirements and activities will be advantageous.
