He/She also makes instant reports on areas or items that need maintenance to the department’s head. In this way, he/she can ensure that the team will operate at its best.
The Maintenance is responsible for the building, construction, repair, maintenance and upkeep of the UCSI Group of Schools’ property, buildings, furniture and grounds. The maintenance of resources ensures the Schools readiness and availability for 24 hour x 365 days per year operation. The position reports directly to the Manager, Campus Logistics, in delivering timely, cost effective maintenance and improvement of the School’s property which includes buildings and structures, electrical facilities, furniture and fittings, utility services and infrastructure, grounds and gardens.
· The Maintenance exercises general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities and equipment, and maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts for the UCSI Group of Schools.
In charge of handling various operational aspects such as managing inventories, recruiting staff, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales performance.
Resolve issues from consumers and retain good customer relationship.

Position: B4 Chargemen
Working Location: Ladang Tanah Merah A3 Division, 71960 Bukit Pelandok, P.O.Box 126, 71000 Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
Working hours: Working arrangement is based on 4 days shift (2 morning shift / 2 night shift) and 4 days off pattern (12 hours working per shift)
Working Duration: 12 months contract
Salary: RM5000 – RM10,000 (based on experience)
Requirement
Possess a Professional Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (B4 - 11kv/33kv chargement) as a minimum qualification.
Possess a minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
Having Sijil Pendawaian Elektrik is an advantage.
The candidate will have experience as an Assistant Manager with a specialization in Power Station Maintenance/Repair (Facilities and Machinery)/ Waste to Energy Plant or an equivalent field.
Min. 10 years relevant working experience.
Experience in Shutdown Management and Plant Maintenance

Encompasses various responsibilities relating to overseeing electrical systems either High Voltage (HV) or Low Voltage (LV) within an organization. This role involves managing the power supply to the plant, substation, switchgear and ensuring that Electrical Systems and asset for entire company's plants are working and maintained effectively. He or She is responsible to carry out corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and other activities relating to LV & HV Switchgear, electrical part, plant equipment and the site power distribution network. This is a shift position on rotation.
