Job Summary Coordinate/perform activities which include calibration, MSA and testing of product / semi-finished products / component / child part; and effectively maintain the Quality Management System of Laboratory Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute and monitor testing as per documented procedure and relevant standards (Customer Spec, JIS, ASTM and etc) and update the test results in designated test report. • Perform laboratory related duties including record keeping, compilation of test report and well maintain the Laboratory Testing Request. • Reporting of any product nonconformities to superior and taking adequate action accordingly. • Responsible for test sample retention and record keeping • Daily cleanliness and 5S at laboratory and surrounding workplace including lab equipment. • Ensure lab equipment calibration records are up to date and compliance to customer & QMS requirements • Check/test the equipment quality bases on relevant specification and customer requirements or special design mixes that requested from the customers. • Plan, execute and monitor calibration (internal and external) of measuring equipment used in the manufacturing processes.
