- To perform administrative tasks as instructed by the Manager.
To co-ordinate and execute marketing activities for Cool Impressions's new and existing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities and events.
- Plan and prepare content specifically for publication and sharing across different media channels, including social media posts, email, guides, brochures, newsletters and merchandise.
- Co-ordinate requirements for promotional material.
- Support the Manager and Sales team by co-ordinating and collating content to support campaigns.
- Drive campaigns through various communication systems and tools.
- Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
- Post marketing updates through internal communication channels.
- Plan and implement social media and social proof campaigns for specific marketing goals.
- Research relevant sources for marketing content.
- Keep up to date with best practices in writing for the web and social media.
- Keep up to date with industry specific trends and activities that are utilised to communicate with customers.
- Carry out other related tasks as required.
- Perform daily general and administrative duties.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager from time to time.
- Handle office maintenance including ensuring cleanliness, office assets and equipment management, etc.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
- Produce professional quality reports
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Liaise with client in terms of invoicing, billing and payment
- Responsible to entertain walk-in customer.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in marketing and/or sales.
- A background in creating interior design marketing, promotional or educational content would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, such as time and project management and prioritising.
- Ability to manage personal workflow in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A good team player who meets and exceeds team goals.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
- A clear, concise writing style.
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
- Ability and willingness to be a positive, contributing and adaptable member of the team at all times.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements:-
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with proven experience of administrative work.
• OR At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good PR skills.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent computer skill will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for work.
