The Medical Equipment Sales cum Service Specialist is responsible for both sales activities and technical support services related to medical products. To promote and sell medical devices, equipment, or instruments to healthcare professionals and institutions while also providing installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Products knowledge on Ventilators, Anesthesia machines, Patient Monitors, ICU Beds and other ICU related equipment is a must. Experience in Imaging equipment’s ( X ray, CT,MRI) candidates can also apply.
1. Sales and Promotion:
Promote and sell medical devices, equipment, or instruments to hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and other healthcare institutions.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and purchasing departments to drive product adoption and usage.
2. Technical Support and Service:
Provide installation, setup, and training to customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical products.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and applications of the products.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibration of medical equipment as needed.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and technical support issues.
Develop and maintain service schedules, service contracts, and service records for customers.
Collaborate with sales teams, customer service teams, and technical support teams to address customer needs effectively.
