Requirements • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the oral care or dental industry, with a focus on managing distributors. • Fluency in English; proficiency in the Japanese language is a plus. • Have basic knowledge of supply chain or experience in managing import and export. • Able to handle vast amount of documentation work, including preparing reports. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective distributor management and relationship-building. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region.
