A. Qualification 1. 1. 'SPM or Certificate' in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic engineering with 2 years’ experience 2. 'Diploma' holder in any discipline with 3~5 years working experience. B. Skills 1. Hands on working experience in 'PCBA/SMT' manufacturing environment C. Requirement 1. Exposure and experience in ‘ISO / IATF Standard’ is a advantage 2. Self-motivated and able to work as a team in the organization. D. Responsibility 1. Reports to 'Operations Manager' 2. Assist Production Engineer to 'Set up' equipment’s in assembly line and their 'upkeep/maintenance' according to 'preventive maintenance plan' 3. Maintain and operate all highly automated manufacturing equipments. 4. Perform required preventative maintenance on all equipments and maintain all quality records for same. 5. Operate all production equipments and maintain running condition of all equipments. 6. Make all adjustments to equipment, ensure efficiency of all product line, manage all equipment issues, and minimize all downtime. 7. Establish all line bottlenecks and recommend improvements and maintain all work orders and recommend improvements to all processes and maintain all items. 8. Document all operations and operate all equipments according to IAW Hood Standards and maintain quality for all product line. 9. Manage all communication with team members and maintain efficiency of all plant operations. 10. Ensure optimal utilization of all resources and monitor all production run and provide support to all team members. 11. To perform other job functions deemed necessary by management E. Other Responsibilities 1. Able to understand customer specification. 2. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of staff.

- To perform daily activities of manufacturing of wire cable at production line follow Safety Work Instruction Requirement. - To check and ensure that line parameters are in order and in conformity with stipulated or recommended specifications of the production line. - Ensure all safety instruction are followed. - To perform any other related or similar duties as required or assigned.
