Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines of the company. Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per regulation. Manage the store layout. Supervise other staff members and keep a record of sales. Receive, uploads and shelf all supplies. Perform stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities. The Duties and Responsibilities : Assist in issuing of goods from warehouse and store. Standby goods for delivery as when instructed. Assist in updating of stock, housekeeping and arrangement. Loading and unloading goods from lorry Inspect goods in, receive and store goods. Select goods for shipment according to Delivery Order (DO). Manage space and determine storage method. Ensure all the goods are in sufficient level which is enough for supplying for at least 4 days. Monitor for the need of restructuring the position of goods in order to make sure them are placed according to their categories and convenient to move in and out during restock or loading. Recommend changes to the procedure and process where necessary to ensure that the fluentness of restock and loading and accuracy of ordering process.  Recommend for adjusting the number of individual stock (either increase or decrease) depends on the needs of customer (based on order). Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of stocks especially the display items. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
