This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a proven track record in digital consulting and a deep understanding of trade management processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading functional aspects of customer planning, trade promotions management, and rebate management projects utilizing Salesforce TPM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their customer planning requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
- Design and implement customer planning solutions leveraging Salesforce TPM to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Trade Promotions Management (TPM):
Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce TPM for trade promotions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Work closely with clients to define trade promotion strategies, analyze effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Rebate Management:
Develop and implement robust rebate management solutions using Salesforce TPM to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
Collaborate with clients to understand rebate structures and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Salesforce TPM Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce TPM, staying current with platform updates and industry trends.
Provide guidance to clients and project teams on best practices for leveraging Salesforce TPM in trade management processes.
- Project Leadership:
Lead and guide project teams through the entire project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
- 5+ years of experience in digital consulting with a focus on trade management.
- Functional knowledge of processes across customer planning, trade promotions management and rebate management
- Deep knowledge of trade management with at least 1-2 full life cycles of implementation experience
- Proficient in Salesforce related configurations, master data, pricing, promotion types, planning layout, P&L, and enhancement points and customizations
- Integration experience with ERP, demand planning , DMS and financial planning system
- Hands on experience SF TPM data model/KPI configuration
- CG Cloud Accredited Professional certification
- Salesforce Lightning web components experience/Salesforce CG cloud TPM experience of 2-3 yrs
- Hands on Salesforce configuration experience including but not limited to workflows, validations, approval process, security model, data model etc
- Having CRM Analytics experience is added advantage
- TPM experience with Anaplan, visualfabriq will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
- Experience in SEA
