To oversee outlets operations and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency. To analyze financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans. To control the food cost and the consistency of quality and quantity of food served. Able to manage all controllable and uncontrollable expenditure of the assigned outlet within the Company’s directions. Ensure quality of food, quality of customer service and cleanliness of the outlet and maintained consistently at all times. Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities. To maintain accurate inventory control records. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Willing to work over weekend.
