Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar and ensure that the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings and engagements with relevant briefing notes.
Manage CEO’s travel and time efficiency as well as processing expenses.
To conduct regular meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements and invitations and all other requests for the CEO’S time. Responding to the invites and making necessary arrangements.
To work on delegated projects and research as directed to support the CEO in his meeting preparation.
Schedule meetings between the CEO and his direct reports to share the work instructions and informations from the CEO.
To prepare reports as per CEO request and help to compile other department reports.
Liase with external event organisers and hold the administrative and organisational responsibilities related to our external parties event calendar.
Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Handle confidential information, organise and maintain files.
In the absence of the CEO, prepare correspondence on his behalf and represent CEO to communicate with clients or universities representative (except Vice Chancellor / president / Top Managements)
Meet and greet CEO’s guests and ensure they are looked after.
